They have also enabled voice recording facility when call queue to call center is more than 50 calls , where the customer can record their problems in IVR than the customer is contacted by Outbound Team of BSNL callcenter and complaint is booked.The above said website is also used to download GPRS and MMS seetings for BSNL mobile users in West Zone.
