Sony Xperia Z5 to feature Snapdragon 820 processor; Tipped for launch in September
While the Sony Xperia Z4/Xperia Z3+ didn’t quite live up to our expectations, the company is now working the Sony Xperia Z5 which would a flagship in the true sense.
According to sources, Sony is working on the Sony Xperia Z5 and is expected to unveil the same in September. While there are just a few details available, the handset is confirmed to sport the Snapdragon 820 processor along with a massive 4 GB of RAM. Sources also believe that the handset would feature a fingerprint scanner.
The Sony Xperia Z5 is said to flaunt the latest 21MP Sony Exmor RS IMX230 CMOS sensor, which will support 4K video recording and HDR capabilities. Also expected is a massive 4500 mAh battery. The sources also believe that the handset would be launched alongside the Xperia Z5 Compact and the Xperia Z5 Ultra.
