We have been hearing a lot of rumours over the last few days about the Galaxy Note 3 Lite, which would apparently be announced as the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo. While all this time we were just speculating, the first benchmark listings have revealed the specs of the device. And to add to it, the device has been even spotted.

An image of the alleged Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo alongside the original Galaxy Note 3 has been revealed. The device, though looking almost similar, has a slightly smaller 5.55 inch 720p display. Interestingly, the benchmark listings of the device reveal that the smartphone would indeed feature the yet to be announced Exynos 5260 hexa core processor.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo would launch with Android v4.3, which would be then updated to Android v4.4 with the new Magazine UX. The device is said to sport an 8 MP rear facing camera with LED flash and a front facing 2.1 MP camera. While it is still not confirmed, the handset is rumoured to be announced at the upcoming MWC 2014 next month.

Expected specs of the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo:

  • 5.55 inch display
  • 1280 x 720 pixels resolution
  • 1.6 GHz hexa core Exynos 5260 processor
  • 2 GB RAM
  • 16 GB internal memory
  • 8 MP primary camera
  • 2.1 MP front facing camera
  • Google Android v4.3 Jelly Bean
  • 3100 mAh battery
