After launching the G8, Huawei has now launched the Huawei GX8 in USA at the on-going CES 2016 to compete in the affordable segment.
Huawei has announced the launch of the Huawei GX8, which is the company’s latest smartphone in the G series flaunting a fingerprint scanner. The device has a 5.5 inch AMOLED 2.5D curved glass display with Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection and resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. The smartphone is powered by a 1.5 GHz octa core Snapdragon 616 processor with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage.
The Huawei GX8 has a 13 MP rear facing auto focus camera with OIS and dual tone LED flash. There is also a front facing 5 MP camera. The device runs on the latest Android Lollipop version with a 3000 mAh battery. The handset is available in gold, gray and silver colour options and is expected to be released in Q1 2016.
