The Gionee Marathon M5 Lite is now available in India at a price of Rs.12,999. The high-end variant of the Marathon M5 Lite, the Marathon M5, was already launched last November in India.
The Gionee Marathon M5 Lite is powered by a 1.3GHz MediaTek MT6735 64-bit quad-core processor, along with 3GB RAM and Mali-T720MP2 GPU. It runs on Amigo 3.1 based on Android 5.1 Lollipop. The M5 Lite boasts off a 5-inch IPS LCD display and has 32GB of internal memory on board. The battery on the M5 Lite is smaller at 4000mAh (it’s actually not) in contrast with Marathon M5’s 6020mAh battery.
