MWC 2012: Samsung announces the Galaxy Note 10.1

We heard rumours, but now it’s all official. Samsung has today announced a new Galaxy Note which is a bigger 10 inch version of the previous Note. The Galaxy Note 10.1 will be featuring the same features like the original Note including the S-Pen and the exclusive S-Pen apps.

The Galaxy Note 10.1 a 10.1 inch WXGA (1280×800) PLS TFT display, a 1.4 GHz Dual-Core Processor and will run on Android 4.0.


Other features of the Note 10.1 include 3G HSPA+, 3MP camera at the back and a 2MP camera in the front, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 3.0, USB, 1GB RAM, 16/32GB internal memory, expandable memory via microSD card, 7000mAh battery.

Like the Note 5.3, the new 10.1 incher will have the S-Pen apps including S-Memo, S-Planner and S-Note. The new device will be launched in Wi-Fi-only and HSPA+ versions in Q2 2012.
