Just two days back we told you about the Nokia Belle Feature Pack 1 which will be running on the Nokia 808 PureView and will also be available for Nokia 700, 701 and 603 later on. But then the future of the Symbian^1 devices which include the Nokia N8, E6, X7, E7, C7, 500 and C6-01 is still in dark.
But now there is some good news coming in for all the Symbian^3 device owners and it is that there will probably some updates reaching them.
John_Tesla who is a moderator over the Nokia Discussion forum has clarified that after the Belle release for the devices in question; Nokia is trying to get feedback from users and is also trying to bring in more updates to these old devices. So this is some good news that we don’t hear these days.
It was previously being rumoured that the Nokia Belle update is the last that these devices will see but then we were also hearing that there will be lite version of Nokia Carla which will be released for the devices, but then nothing is confirmed until the official announcements.
We really hope that Nokia does release some more updates for the S^3 devices as they are ones widely used. Fingers Crossed!
