Camera-centric smartphones have shown to have a lot of demand in the Indian smartphone market. Keeping with the trend, Coolpad seems to be gearing up to launch the Coolpad Sky 3 in India.
Coolpad has sent out press invites for its upcoming launch event scheduled on August 10 in New Delhi. While the company just mentioned “witness a mega selfie”, sources in the know revealed that the company would launch the Coolpad Sky 3 which boasts of a massive 8 MP selfie camera with f/2.2 aperture and 83 degree wide-angle lens.
Other specs of the Coolpad Sky 3 include a 5 inch HD 2.5D curved glass display with a quad core MediaTek processor along with 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of storage. Also present is an 8 MP rear facing camera with LED flash. We expect the smartphone to be priced at around Rs. 10000 but will get the exact details at the time of the launch.
