Keeping with the success of its selfie-centric smartphones, Gionee has now launched the Gionee S6s in India.
Gionee has announced the launch of the Gionee S6s, which is the latest addition to the S series of smartphones with a fingerprint scanner on the back. The device has a 5.5 inch IPS 2.5D curved glass display with resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. The smartphone is powered by the 1.3 GHz octa core MediaTek processor with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage.
The Gionee S6s has a 13 MP rear facing auto focus camera with f/2.0 aperture, PDAF, Sony IMX258 sensor and LED flash. There is also a front facing 8 MP camera with f/2.2 aperture, 5P lens and LED flash. The device runs on the Android Marshmallow version with a 3150 mAh battery. The phone has dual SIM support with 4G LTE connectivity. The handset is priced at Rs. 17999 and is available in Rose Gold, Silver and Gold colour options.
