Even as Xiaomi is reportedly gearing up to launch the Mi Max 2 next week, the Redmi Pro 2 made a surprise appearance on the company website.
The Redmi Pro 2 was listed on the official Xiaomi Mi.com website. However, the listing was immediately taken down but not before we got a closer look at the upcoming handset. Unfortunately, the listing has a missing image but has the detailed specs listed on the website.
The listing reveal that the upcoming Redmi Pro 2 would have a 5.5 inch OLED display, just like the original. The handset is expected to be powered by the recently launched Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 chipset. interestingly, the handset has an improved dual rear camera setup with upgraded 16 MP sensors. The phone is expected to be priced starting at CNY 1199 (approx. Rs. 11000).
