After the press shots of the Galaxy S4 camera phone were leaked, Samsung has now officially announced the Galaxy S4 Zoom which is a hybrid between a smartphone and a camera.
The Samsung Galaxy S4 Zoom has a 4.3 inch qHD display. The device is powered by a 1.5 GHz dual core processor along with 1.5 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal storage. The camera phone would be available in two versions – 3G and LTE.
Known for its camera, the Samsung Galaxy S4 Zoom has a massive 16 MP rear camera with Xenon flash. The new Zoom Ring is used to access the device key features. The ring can be used to share images via MMS even during a call using the In-Call Photo Share feature.
The 16 MP BSI CMOS Sensor is capable of a 10x optical zoom. There are various features added to the camera like Smart mode suggest, Beauty face, Best photo, Continuous shot, Best face, Kids shot, Landscape, Dawn, Snow, Macro, Food, Party/Indoor, Action freeze, Rich tone (HDR), Panorama, Waterfall, Animated photo, Drama, Eraser, Sound & Shot, Silhouette, Sunset, Night, Fireworks, Light trace. For those not comfortable with the settings can directly use the Smart Mode.
