We all are just awaiting the October 11 event where Google and Samsung were to reveal the Nexus Prime and Android 4.0 OS, however we have news that the event has been called off. The team at Pocket-lint received a joint statement from Google and Samsung which reads, “Samsung and Google decide to postpone the new product announcement at CTIA Fall. We agree that it is just not the right time to announce a new product. New date and venue will be shortly announced.”
The reason behind this is unknown but we can make it out that this may be because of the sudden-demise of Apple’s head and Tech-Icon Steve Jobs, and this seems to be a right decision at this time around.
