A new low-to-mid budgeted HTC handset has been leaked in a press shot with some rumoured specs. The HTC Explorer aka Pico seems to be a Gingerbread running smartphone and should fall in the same category as the Wildfire and the Wildfire S. It is rumoured to have a 3.2 inch HVGA display, a 600MHz processor, 384MB of RAM, 512MB ROM, a 5MP camera and probably Sense UI 3.5 as well. It will be available in black and blue colour options and might be announced tomorrow at HTC’s New York event.
