Google has unveiled its much talked about phone “Nexus One”. Nexus one has been manufactured by HTC for Google. It is priced at Rs. $529 (Rs. 24000 approx). However it is available at $179 (Rs. 8000 approx) if you buy it with two years T-Mobile Contract. These prices are for USA only, if you want it to shipped outside USA then the price will be subjected to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.
The Nexus One runs on Android 2.1, a version of the platform’s Eclair software.It offers the following features:
- 3.7-inch (diagonal) widescreen WVGA AMOLED touchscreen
- Snapdragon processor capable of speeds up to 1GHz
- Voice-enabled keyboard and commands
- 5 megapixel camera includes LED flash, auto focus, zoom, white balance and color effects
- Wi-Fi
- Assisted global positioning system (AGPS) receiver
- Accelerometer
