Blackberry is a sinking ship which is currently hanging on just one support – BBM. Blackberry, it seems is trying to get back up again after hell of an year for the company by increasing its offerings on BBM. After announcing that BBM will come pre-loaded on LG phones, Blackberry has put a plan-in-action to popularise BBM in the coming year.
One of the best features that are going to pour in on BBM is BBM voice. Blackberry, starting next year, will offer free calling via this feature.
Along with this, BBM will also have new channels and a chat room like feature that will enable you to join groups based on hobbies and preferences. In addition to this, there will be added features such as easier and faster sharing of photos, location and other stuff along with 100 new emoticons.
Blackberry sure is trying its best to bounce back in the market and BBM is the right vehicle for doing so.
