BSNL Punjab has re-launched its ISD STV 56 which will allow users to make ISD calls to USA and Canada at a reduced price of 1p/sec. This STV comes with a validity of 30 days and will allow subscribers to make calls at 1p/sec for up to a maximum of 18000 seconds or 300 minutes, after which normal ISD call rate may apply. This ISD STV will be available from 18-10-2011 to 15-01-2012.
