Remember the HTC Butterfly S? HTC might be planning to bring a sequel to the device, as a new HTC device with high-end specs has popped up on the AnTuTu database and allegedly, it is the successor to the HTC Butterfly S.

The mysterious device has the model number 0PAJ3 and it features high-end specs. The listing suggests the HTC 0PAJ3 will come with a Full HD (1080x1920p) display of unknown size, a Snapdragon 801 processor with Adreno 330 GPU and 2 GB RAM. There will be 16 GB of internal storage and Android 4.4.2 KitKat will be on-board.

The most interesting thing about the device is that HTC has done away with the Duo or UltraPixel camera tech and instead as per the listing, a 13 MP camera graces the rear. On the front, there’s said to be the same 5 MP camera.

That’s all we know right now about the HTC 0PAJ3 or presumably, the HTC Butterfly S successor but we hope we get to know more soon. As always, we’ll keep you posted.
