Just as suspected, Xiaomi has launched its India operations early today morning. The Chinese manufacture has announced the Xiaomi Mi 3.
Xiaomi has officially announced the beginning of its operations in India and has announced its first handset in the country – the Xiaomi Mi 3. The device has a 5 inch IPS Retina display with resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, which results in pixel density of 441 ppi. The smartphone is powered by the quad core Snapdragon 800 processor clocked at 2.3 GHz along with 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage.
The Xiaomi Mi 3 has a 13 MP rear facing wide-angle camera with an f/2.2 aperture and dual LED flash. There is also a front facing 2 MP camera. The device runs on the Android Jelly Bean with a layer of the MIUI version 5. The handset is priced at Rs. 14999 and will be available exclusively on FlipKart from July 15.
