Putting an end to all speculations, NVIDIA has launched the new NVIDIA Shield Tablet which is touted to be the ultimate tablet for gamers.

NVIDIA has announced the launch of the NVIDIA Shield Tablet which is said to offer the best gaming performance. The tablet has a large tablet form factor and is slightly bigger than the other 8 inchers owing to the slightly bigger side bezels. The device has a bright 8 inch full HD display along with dual front facing speakers on either sides of the screen.

The NVIDIA Shield Tablet is powered by the super-fast 32 bit quad core Tegra K1 processor clocked at 2.2 GHz. There is also a 192-core Kepler GPU for unmatchable graphics. The tablet is equipped with 5 MP cameras in front as well as at the back, which though surprising, is kept for the video streaming service.
