Amazon’s very own store for Android apps called Appstore is now accessible for Indian consumers. Amazon had slowly worked its way out of the US and had enabled access to countries like Australia and New Zealand and now it has reached Indian to provide a number of free and paid apps. Just download the Amazon Appstore App over here, install the app to your handset, login with your Amazon ID and you are good to go. The app still says open for US only and will be updated for India, but it will be official anytime soon.

Update : The guys at AndroidOS posted an update that the Appstore stopped working. We hope you will be able to experience it again, very soon.
