Vivo announces V1 and V1 Max smartphones in India

With all the Chinese players focusing on the Indian smartphone market, Vivo has now launched the V series in India.

Vivo has announced the launch of the V series of smartphones with the Vivo V1 and the Vivo V1 Max in India. Both the smartphones would apparently be priced in the range of Rs. 15000 to Rs. 20000. The handsets are expected to hit the stores later this month. Both the devices are said to be 4G LTE ready.

Speaking about the V series, Alex Feng, CEO, Vivo smartphones India, said, “We are pleased to announce the launch of our new smartphone series. With ‘V’ series we bring unbeatable proposition, price and products in the mid-segment category. Our first device in the category, Vivo V1 incorporates cutting-edge technologies, exclusive music features and the highest quality camera shots.”
