With the increasing demand for budget smartphones in India, Huawei has now launched a host of new affordable smartphones in the country.
Huawei has announced the launch of the Huawei Y336, the Huawei Y541 and the Huawei Y625 in India. All the three smartphones have displays ranging between 4 -5 inches. All the three smartphones are powered by quad core processors clocked at 1.2 GHz. the Huawei Y336 is priced at just Rs. 5499, the Huawei Y541 is priced at Rs. 6499 and the Huawei Y625 is priced at Rs. 8499.
Speaking about the new smartphones, Allen Wang, President of Consumer Business Group, Huawei Telecommunications India, said, “After the global success in the first half of 2015 with our smartphones sales crossing 50 million units, making us global number 3, we are excited to launch our “Huawei Brand” series in India. The good news is that the new series will be available through the retail route where our customers can experience the products first hand. Keeping in mind the value proposition and commitment we offer to our consumers, Huawei is rapidly strengthening its after sales network to serve them better.”
