Qualcomm officially unveiled the Snapdragon 820 last year and we haven’t yet seen any confirmed smartphones that will be powered by the Snapdragon 820 SoC. But, looks like the Chinese company LeTV might just be the first one to come up with a Snapdragon 820 powered device.

According to a latest poster teased by LeTV’s VP on Weibo, we just might see a smartphone being unveiled today which will be powered by Snapdragon 820. The image shared by the company VP shows off a smartphone with the keys 2, 8 and 0 being highlighted, hinting at the Snapdragon 820 under the hood.

As can be seen in the image, the device features a very thin bezel along with physical capacitive navigation buttons. The image also hints at an official unveiling of the device at Las Vegas today. We all know that the CES is just around the corner and all the companies are preparing to show off what they have to offer.

We can’t tell that exactly which device will be unveiled today, but, going by the rumors, the device to be unveiled might just be the LeTV Max Pro. The LeTV Max Pro is also said to feature a fingerprint sensor which will be using Qualcomm’s Snapdragon Sense technology.

Probable LeTV Max Pro specifications:

  • CPU: Snapdragon 820 SoC
  • RAM: 4GB
  • Operating System: Android 6.0 Marshmallow
  • Display: 5.5-inch QHD (1440 x 2560 pixels) display
  • Rear Camera: 21MP
  • Front Camera: 4MP
  • Internal Storage: 64GB
  • Other: Fingerprint Sensor based on Qualcomm Snapdragon Sense technology
  • Battery: 3400mAh

Except more details to be provided by the company soon.
