The last thing we heard about the Xiaomi Mi 5 was that the Mi 5 will be launched on February 24. As tweeted by Hugo Barra, Global VP of Xiaomi, the company will officially announce the Mi 5 on February 24 during MWC 2016, the first MWC event for Xiaomi. Now, we have come across some leaked images of Mi 5’s retail box which confirm its design and colors.
As can be seen from the alleged retail box, the Mi 5 is expected to be offered in 4 different colors – Gold, Pink, White and Black. According to rumors, the Mi 5 is also expected to be offered in four different variants, two of which will have metal design whereas the remaining two will have glass design having 2.5D curved glass on the back and the front. The box confirms the glass design and also shows a physical home button which might house a fingerprint scanner.
Well, we don’t know how much more leaks and rumors we will come across till the Mi 5 is launched, but all those will surely be cleared as soon as the Mi 5 is unveiled on February 24 during MWC 2016.
