On some phones such as Samsung, it is available in Settings -> Applications. You can easily find from where to view a list of apps installed.

If any app doesn’t show disable button or the button is untouchable i.e. the button is grayed out, you have to ignore that app as it may be a system app that requires for your phone to work correctly. Once you disable any app, it won’t be getting started before you make it start.

Note: Be careful when you disable a specific app. Disabling apps randomly can lead to an unstable environment of the system. Some apps are required to optimize the system and perform various functions. Before disabling an app, be sure to check if it is safe to disable.

If you change your mind and want the app back, you can repeat the steps and find the enable button and get back the app by enabling it.
