Back in February, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) introduced three new budget tablets in collaboration with Pantel, a Noida based tablet manufacturer. At that time we knew that the tablets would bring in special 2G and 3G plans especially for these tablets and today we have details on the plans for BSNL users in its Chennai and Tamil Nadu Telecom Circle.
BSNL users will be able to opt in for either a 2G or 3G plans as per their wish and tablet compatibilty and the SIM Card would be provided free of cost to all users who buy a Pantel Tablet.
If any user wishes to opt for the 2G plan then he’ll have to go in for the Plan 2G-PTPL with plan voucher of Rs. 32 which will give a validity of 1 year. If any user wishes to opt for 3G service, then they will have to opt in for the Plan 3G-PTPL and go in with the Plan voucher of Rs. 52, also giving 1 year of validity.
With the purchase of the free SIM Card, BSNL will bundle the following STVs:

Please Note:
Regular 2G GPRS/3G Data STVs and iPAD data STVs are not applicable for the above two plans. Also during its validity period the customer can choose the respective STV to get free data usage; However, the validity will be from the date of activation of STV only. The unused free data usage- if any, will be carried forward.
