As we await Apple to launch the iPhone 5 in India, Airtel has today announced the postpaid plans that it will go on to offer for the iPhone 5 users.
The plans include bundled usage for iPhone 5 users which will go on to include Local calls, Local and National SMS and 3G data usage while providing a flat 50% discount on all plans.
Airtel has introduced 4 plans for iPhone 5 users to choose from which start at Rs.300 and comes with bundled usage of 500 minutes of Local calls, 300 SMSes and 200 MB of 3G data. The second plan priced at Rs.500 will offer 900 minutes of Local calls, 400 SMSes and 500 MB of 3G data.
While the plan of Rs.800 will go on to offer 1,400 minutes of Local calls, 500 SMSes, 1.2 GB of 3G while the plan of Rs.1,000 will offer free bundled usage of 1,500 minutes of Local calls, 600 SMSes and 3 GB of 3G data.
Now that Airtel has announced the plans and iPhone 5 launching today, we expect Aircel will reveal its tariff for iPhone 5, soon.
