Micromax has been known to be the first Indian company to disrupt the mid-range smartphone segment with its affordable pricing. Now the company has launched the 2017 edition of the Micromax Canvas 2.
Micromax has announced the launch of the 2017 edition of the Micromax Canvas 2, which is the company’s latest smartphone offering in the Canvas series with a fingerprint scanner. The device has a 5 inch IPS display with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection and resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. The smartphone is powered by a quad core MediaTek processor with 3 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage.
The Micromax Canvas 2 has a 13 MP rear facing auto focus camera with LED flash. There is also a front facing 5 MP camera. The device runs on the latest Android Nougat version with a 3050 mAh battery. The phone has dual SIM support with 4G LTE and VoLTE connectivity.
