With the Android tablets flooding the India markets, Acer has launched its Windows tablet in India called the Acer Iconia W4.
The Acer Iconia W4 has an 8 inch display with resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels. The device is powered by a 1.8 GHz quad core Intel Atom Z3740 Bay Trail T processor along with 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage. There is also integrated Intel HD Graphics. The Windows tablet comes pre-loaded with Microsoft Office Home and Student 2013.
The Acer Iconia W4 is equipped with a 5 MP rear facing camera besides a 2 MP front facing camera. The tablet runs on the recently released Windows 8.1 OS with a 4960 mAh battery that apparently offers up to 10 hours of web browsing and 8 hours of video playback. The device is priced at Rs. 24999 for the 32 GB version and Rs. 26999 for the 64 GB version.
