Indian telecom operator Bharti Airtel – also referred to as Airtel – has teamed up with India’s popular digital and mobile entertainment platform Hotstar to bring a wider range of video content to its customers on the Airtel TV app.
With this partnership with Hotstar, Airtel’s prepaid and postpaid customers will now get access to over 350 LIVE TV channels and around 10,000 popular movies and show from both India and abroad at one single place.
Hotstar, which is one of the largest video streaming platform in India, has a library that comprises of over 1,00,000 hours of content which consists of live sports, Indian cinema as well as TV shows from different channels of Star Network.
That said, due to this partnership, Airtel customers will now get access to Hotstar’s catalogue in Hindi as well as other regional languages like Marathi, Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam and Telugu.
