After rolling out new 4G USIMs for its customers, Airtel has finally launched its 4G LTE services in Gujarat.

Airtel has announced the launch of its 4G LTE services in Gujarat on the occasion of Navratri. While the rollout will start with the city of Ahmedabad, the other cities will follow soon thereafter. The services, which are rolled out using the 1800 MHz (FD LTE) band, can be accessed from a range of smart devices including mobile phones, 4G MiFi and dongles.

Airtel also launched a introductory offer for its prepaid customers using which they can enjoy 10 GB of 4G data for just Rs. 249 with any new 4G smartphone. On successful recharge of Rs. 249, 1 GB data will be credited instantly, while the remaining 9 GB can be claimed by sending the SMS “4G Offer” to 52141.
