Airtel India has today announced the launch of a new app called the ‘my airtel’ app for all its customers.
The ‘my airtel’ app will allow Airtel customers across various services (Mobile, Fixed line, DTH etc.) to manage their accounts across many of the services that Airtel offers straight from their mobile phones.
Using the app Airtel users can check their outstanding bills, recharge their accounts, make payment, activate deactivate any service; raise requests-complaints, at just a click of a button across.
Furthermore if you are an Airtel digital TV you can also order movies and games, without any assistance from the customer care. Thus the app is a one-stop account manager of various services from Airtel.
Customers can download the application by simply logging into airtel.in/myairtel or visiting their device app store. Alternatively, they can also SMS ‘myairtel’ to 54321 or via a QR code.
Please Note: The usual download charges depending on the subscriber data connection will apply for downloading the application as well as accessing the application. Also For non-airtel internet users, there will also be one time SMS charge for authentication to their respective telecom operators.
