Keeping up with the competition for affordable smartphones, Alcatel has now launched the Alcatel Idol 4 in India.
Alcatel has announced the launch of the Alcatel Idol 4, which is the company’s latest 4G smartphone in the Idol series a boom key gives that gives you access to a wide range of functions with the press of a single button. The device has a 5.2 inch LTPS display with resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. The smartphone is powered by a 1.7 GHz octa core Snapdragon 617 processor with 3 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage.
The Alcatel Idol 4 has a 13 MP rear facing auto focus camera with PDAF, EIS and dual-tone LED flash. There is also a front facing 8 MP camera with LED flash. The device runs on the Android Marshmallow version with a 2610 mAh battery. The phone has dual SIM support with 4G LTE connectivity. The handset is priced at Rs. 16999 and is available in Gold, Metal Silver and Dark Grey colour options.
