While the Zenfone series has been particularly successful, the company has now unveiled the Asus Zenfone C in Malaysia.
Asus has announced the launch of the Asus Zenfone C, which is said to be a variant of the Zenfone 4. The device has a 4.5 inch IPS display with resolution of 854 x 480 pixels. The smartphone is powered by a 1.2 GHz dual core Intel Atom processor with 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal storage.
The Asus Zenfone C has a 5 MP rear facing auto focus camera with LED flash. There is also a front facing VGA camera. The device runs on the Android KitKat version with a layer of the Zen UI and a 2100 mAh battery. The company has revealed that the handset would go on sale in the next few days for just $96 (approx. Rs. 5900).
