Add MobiGyaan as a preferred source on Googleboltt, the smartphone division of Fire-Boltt, has revealed additional details about its upcoming boltt Ace 5G and boltt Evo 4G smartphones ahead of their launch in India on 25th August. Both smartphones will feature a 6.79-inch 120 Hz HD+ display, Pure Android 16, zero pre-installed third-party apps, Google Gemini, Google Lens, Circle to Search, and AI-powered camera features. The company had previously confirmed a 6,000 mAh battery and 64 MP / 50 MP camera systems for the two smartphones, along with their design.
Pure Android 16 | Bloatware-Free Experience
Both smartphones, boltt Ace 5G and boltt Evo 4G, will run Pure Android 16, with boltt focusing on a clean software experience. The company says the phones will have zero pre-installed third-party applications, helping reduce unnecessary storage usage and background system processes. Boltt is promising two years of security patches for the smartphones.
Google’s Gemini assistant will be integrated into the devices for system-level queries, while Google Lens and Circle to Search will provide tools for visual identification, real-time translation, and web search. A dedicated boltt Care application will also be included, providing access to customer support and the company’s service center network.
6.79-inch 120 Hz Display | 6,000 mAh Battery
The boltt Ace 5G and Evo 4G will feature identical 6.79-inch HD+ punch-hole displays with a centered front camera cutout and a 20:9 aspect ratio. The panels offer a resolution of 720 x 1,640 pixels, resulting in a pixel density of 263 PPI. The displays support a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz for smoother scrolling, animations, and everyday navigation. Brightness is rated at up to 600 nits, while a 10-point capacitive touch system is included for more accurate touch recognition.
Both smartphones will feature a 6,000 mAh battery, offering a large capacity aimed at extended everyday usage. Additional charging details and the exact charging speeds are yet to be revealed.
AI-Powered Camera Features
The camera system on both smartphones will use AI-assisted image processing for features such as depth mapping and background blur.
