Coolpad has been teasing the launch of a new smartphone on social media lately. Coolpad has been advertising it as a ‘beast’. Well, they might be saying so in terms of specifications of course. Whichever this phone is, it will be launched in India on September 23.
As of now, there’s no information about the specifications of this new phone. However, it’s possible that Coolpad will launch the 4 GB RAM variant of Cool1 which was unveiled last month.
The Cool1 is powered by Snapdragon 652 SoC which comes with 3/4 GB RAM. The device runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow and features a fingerprint scanner at its back. The Cool1 sports a 5.5-inch Full-HD display which is backed by a 4060 mAh battery.
You get 64 GB of internal storage on the device which also features dual rear camera setup. Yes, there’s a 13 MP dual rear camera at the back of the device and an 8 MP camera on the front.
The launch is set for next week so we expect to get more information before the device is launched.
