Global Beta version of the Mi Store app launched in India

With Xiaomi gaining considerable ground in India, the company has now launched its official app in the country.

Xiaomi has released the Global Beta version of their Mi Store app for their customers in India, who till now had to depend on the web portal to make purchases. However, the app is still in the Beta phase and does have a few bugs which are being fixed currently. Currently, the Mi 4, Mi 4i, Redmi 2, Redmi Note 4G, Mi Band, Power Banks, protective cases, back covers and the Mi light is available for purchase through the app.

The Global Beta version of the Mi Store app allows users to login, set up multiple addresses, collect and redeem coupons, view their orders (current and closed) as well as their returns. The app is currently not available on the Google Play store but can be downloaded and installed manually from here.
