Guide : Vodafone Online Recharge

Steps to recharge online

Step 1 Provide your Vodafone recharge details – Log on to www.vodafone.in. click on Prepaid > Recharge online. Select your recharge amount and fill in your details (name, Vodafone number, email id) and click on ‘Enter’.

Step 2 You will be asked to reconfirm your details. Post which select the payment option from the drop-down and click on ‘Submit’ You will be securely redirected to the payment interface of your choice, ie credit card gateway or internet banking.

Step 3 Confirm the payment at the credit card/ bank payment gateway – Enter your authentication details at the credit card/ bank payment gateway and confirm the payment amount. Your account will be debited for the recharge amount.

Step 4 Receive a recharge confirmation – You will immediately receive an online transaction confirmation and a Transaction Reference Number as an acknowledgement of your payment. On successful payment, a recharge will be initiated on your Vodafone number and you will receive an SMS confirmation from us within 15 minutes.

Once you make a successful transaction you will come to a payment confirmation page and will receive an SMS confirmation indicating the recharge. In case you do not receive a recharge confirmation SMS, then you may check if your account has been debited and also check your balance by pressing *141# or *140#

Incase talktime does not increase after the transaction then Vodafone will refund your money in 4 working days. In case you do not receive the same within 4 working days, then you may call Customer Care.
