HTC Desire 820s Dual SIM goes on sale in India for Rs 24890

The HTC Desire 820 has been a success in India and the Taiwanese company has now launched the Desire 820s in the country. The handset was unveiled last year and now, it has made its way to the Indian shores.

The HTC Desire 820s packs in a dual-tone body just like the 820 and it looks pretty cool. On the specifications front, there’s a 5.5-inch HD (1280x720p) display with Gorilla Glass 3 and it’s powered by an Octa-core MediaTek MT6572 64-bit processor clocked at 1.7 GHz. The device comes with 2 GB RAM and 16 GB internal storage with microSD expansion.

A 13 MP rear camera with f/2.2 aperture, 28 mm lens, BSI sensor is present on the device and an 8 MP camera graces the front of the Desire 820s. The device runs on Android 4.4 KitKat with HTC’s Sense 6 UI on top. A 2600 mAh battery powers the device and the smartphone packs in HTC specific features like the dual frontal BoomSound stereo speakers with built-in amplifiers. The connectivity is well covered with Dual SIM, 4G LTE in tow along with 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0 with aptX and GPS.

The HTC Desire 820s comes in two color options:  Milky-way Grey and Santorini White. The MOP of the device is Rs. 24,890 and the MRP is Rs. 25,500.
