After multiple leaks and rumours, Huawei has now officially launched the Huawei G8 at the on-going IFA 2015.
Huawei has announced the launch of the Huawei G8, which is the company’s latest smartphone in the G series. The device has a 5.5 inch AMOLED 2.5D curved glass display with Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection and resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. The smartphone is powered by a 1.5 GHz octa core Snapdragon 616 processor with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage.
The Huawei G8 has a 13 MP rear facing auto focus camera with OIS and dual tone LED flash. There is also a front facing 5 MP camera. The device runs on the latest Android Lollipop version with a 3000 mAh battery. The handset is available in Dark Silver, White and Gold colour options and is expected to rollout globally by the end of September.
