IDEA launches “Unlimited” plans for subscribers in Andhra Pradesh

idea1IDEA Cellular has launched exciting “Unlimited offers” for its prepaid customers in Andhra Pradesh. With this offer, IDEA has become the first operator in the state to offer unlimited Voice, SMS and Internet services for mobile users.

As per the new ‘Unlimited offer’, IDEA prepaid subscribers can make unlimited local (Idea to Idea) calls from 11pm to 6am for a period of 30 days, through a recharge of just Rs. 74.


To avail unlimited local SMS service, IDEA customers can recharge with just Rs. 77 for 30 days.

Similarly, customers availing the unlimited Internet offer can access unlimited browsing on mobile for just Rs. 25 per day.
The breakthrough unlimited offer is particularly targeted at the youth segment who use night calling packs to talk to friends, SMS to forward jokes, surf net to check e-mails and stay connected with friends on social networking sites.


Speaking on this occasion, Mr. Subbaraman Iyer, Chief Operating Officer – Andhra Pradesh, IDEA Cellular said, “IDEA is the first mobile operator to offer unlimited benefits spanning the entire spectrum of mobile services – Voice, SMS and Internet, in the state of Andhra Pradesh. These offers are result of extensive consumer research and interaction with the youth who are increasingly using these services. The ‘Unlimited offer’ is another endeavour to meet the need of young consumers and establish IDEA as the most preferred operator by offering innovative products at affordable price point.”
