While the launch of the new Apple iPhone 6 and the iPhone 6 Plus is slated for the end of the next week, the retail pricing of the handsets in India has been revealed.
According to the official Apple reseller in India, the newly announced iPhone 6 and the iPhone 6 Plus would go on sale in India on October 17. The handsets would be available exclusively through Ingram Micro, Redington, Rashi Peripherals and Reliance, with Reliance expected to sell the device on-contract.
According to the reseller, the 16 GB iPhone 6 would be priced at Rs. 53500, whereas the 64 GB variant would be priced at Rs. 62500 and the 128 GB version at Rs. 71500. Similarly, the 5.5 inch iPhone 6 Plus would be priced at Rs. 64500 for the 16 GB version, Rs. 71500 for the 64 GB version and Rs. 80500 for the 128 GB version.
