Nimbuzz ties-up with Hutch Sri Lanka to provide free services

Adding even more operators to its list to help expand its services across Asia, Nimbuzz has now tied up with Hutch in Sri Lanka to bring the app to the customers for free.

As part of the collaboration with Hutch in Sri Lanka, subscribers can access the cross platform instant messenger app, Nimbuzz for free. The offer would be available to all customers for a period of 6 months starting from June 2013.

With this partnership, Nimbuzz, which already has a 150 million user base, is expected to strengthen its usage in Sri Lanka. The offer would make access to Nimbuzz app free for the Hutch subscribers irrespective of their data consumption. The company claims that this move could help in making communication more affordable and convenient.
