While we have been hearing quite a few rumours about the entry of OnePlus in India, the company has finally revealed its plans.
OnePlus has sent out press invites for the launch of the much awaited OnePlus One in India. The event, which would be held in Delhi, is scheduled for December 2. The company has also revealed that the handset would be available for purchase on the same day but exclusively through Amazon India.
As mentioned before, OnePlus and Amazon would send out India-specific invites which can be used to purchase the handset. Considering the huge market, the company has already set up a localized service infrastructure, which includes phone and walk-in support to users. To request for an invite to purchase the phone, customers need to register on OnePlus.net/IN.
Speaking about the new partnership with Amazon India, Pete Lau, CEO, OnePlus, said, “Our company focuses first on our users and our product.
