Oppo A37 with 5 inch display and 4G support rolled out globally

With the increasing demand for budget smartphones, Oppo has now launched the Oppo A37 with a very affordable pricing.


Oppo has announced the launch of the Oppo A37, which is the company’s latest 4G smartphone offering. The device has a 5 inch IPS 2.5D curved glass display with Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection and resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. The smartphone is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad core Snapdragon 410 processor with 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage.

The Oppo A37 has an 8 MP rear facing auto focus camera with f/2.2 aperture, 1/3.2-inch BSI sensor, 1.4 μm pixel size and LED flash. There is also a front facing 5 MP camera. The device runs on the Android Lollipop version with a 2630 mAh battery. The phone has dual SIM support with 4G LTE connectivity. The handset is priced at $199 (approx. Rs. 13500) and is available in Gold, Rose Gold and Grey colour options.
