As expected Samsung has officially announced the Samsung Galaxy S Duos 2, which was earlier listed on the official Samsung India eStore.
The Samsung Galaxy S Duos 2, which is the successor to one of the most selling low end Samsung smartphone, has been officially announced by Samsung in India. The 4 inch device with dual SIM support has the Dual SIM Always on feature, which can be used to receive calls on one SIM number while taking a call from the other.
The Samsung Galaxy S Duos 2 is powered by a 1.2 GHz dual core processor with 768 MB of RAM and 4 GB of internal storage. The device has been customized for the Indian markets with access to apps and content in 10 Indian languages, which include Hindi, Punjabi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Assamese, Marathi and Gujarati.
The Samsung Galaxy S Duos 2 is equipped with a 5 MP rear facing camera and a front facing VGA camera. The device has 3G data connectivity and is available in two colours. The smartphone is priced at Rs. 10990
