While the Galaxy S6 is doing well in the market, the company is getting ready with another rugged variant – the Galaxy S6 Active.
The Samsung Galaxy S6 Active was leaked in all its glory on an official Samsung support website. This clearly indicates that the company is ready to launch the handset and that we can expect the announcement anytime soon. The device is said to pack in specs quite similar to the Galaxy S6 but with a more rugged rubber body making it more robust.
The Samsung Galaxy S6 Active would apparently flaunt a 5.1 inch Super AMOLED display with ultra-high resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels. The device is expected to be powered by the octa core Exynos 7420 processor. Also expected is a 16 MP rear facing camera and a front facing 5 MP camera. We are expecting the announcement in the next few days.
