Now that Samsung is done with its flagship devices, the company seems to be working on an interesting 7 inch tablet which looks just like a phone.
The Samsung SM-T2558 has been approved in China. Our first impression after looking at the images was that the device is smartphone with a big screen, but further investigation revealed that the device has a 7 inch display but very narrow bezels making it look just like a phone. It is very thin compared to the Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 or the Tab 3 7.0.
The Samsung SM-T2558 is expected to have 720p resolution on the 7 inch display. The tablet is said to be powered by a 1.2 GHz quad core processor along with 1.5 GB of RAM. Also expected is an 8 MP rear facing camera and front facing 2 MP camera. As of now we expect the tablet to be localized to China only, but it could launch globally soon.
