Sony recently rolled out the Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update for the Xperia M and now, its dual SIM variant, Xperia M Dual is receiving the update.
The Android 4.3 build for the Xperia M Dual has the firmware- 15.5.A.0.18. The update is live for Brazil and other European countries, while other regions should get it soon. Currently, the update is only available through Sony’s PC companion software but it should start rolling out as an OTA update sooner than later. The update is quite a hefty one with a size of over 770 MB.
The Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update for Xperia M Dual brings:
- New White Xperia UI.
- Access to downloadable Xperia themes.
- Sony Smart Social camera app.
- New media apps viz. Walkman, Movies, Album.
- Security enhancement.
