While Xiaomi hasn’t been focusing on the wearable market, the Xiaomi Mi Band was quite popular due to its sub-Rs. 1000 price point. Now the company seems to be getting ready with the successor to the Mi Band.

Xiaomi has sent out press invites for the launch of its upcoming device named AMAZFIT. While there is absolutely no clue what the device could be, the Fit word in the name suggests a fitness wearable, which means that it could be the successor to the Mi Band. The new band is expected to be unveiled on September 16.

In the meanwhile, another unnamed Xiaomi wearable was spotted. While the device isn’t properly visible, we could notice the round shape with a more watch-like design. While there was no watch strap visible, we are assuming that the device can be easily fitted into one. We should be getting more details about this soon.
